Is it necessary to pay a fee to reserve a place?

To formalize your reservation, you must pay the deposit, the rent for the month of September and the reservation management fees. These prices vary according to the residence.

What does the half-board plan consist of?

This is an extra service that includes breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday in the dining room located on campus, which can be purchased by sending a request to info@spainhousing.es.

I am a foreign student and I need a housing certificate, does Spain Student Housing provide it?

Yes, once we receive the payment of your reservation and requested by the student, we will send you the accommodation certificate to be submitted with the visa application.

How are housing payments made?

Payments are quarterly and the method of payment, which will depend on each residence, is stated in your contract.

What is the duration of the housing contract?

All contracts have a heroic 11-month term, which starts on September 1 and ends on July 31, which is mandatory.
