How can I book a room or apartment?

Once you have chosen your accommodation, to make a reservation, click on the orange button that says "RESERVE" and fill in all the requested information. It is very important that you attach a valid ID card/passport, indicate the dates of arrival and departure from the accommodation, and provide all the information about your guarantor (your father, mother, or legal guardian).

What does the half-board plan consist of?

This is an extra service that includes breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday in the dining hall located on the UCAM campus. It can be purchased by sending a request to info@spainhousing.es.

I am a foreign student and I need a housing certificate, does Spain Student Housing provide it?

Yes, once we receive the payment of your reservation and requested by the student, we will send you the accommodation certificate to be submitted with the visa application.

How are housing payments made?

Payments are quarterly by default, and the payment method is specified in your contract, which will depend on each residence.

When are deposits returned?

Deposits are refunded in full, once the condition of the accommodation has been checked, and within a maximum period of 90 days. In the event of any damage or repairs, the cost of these will be deducted from the deposit. The obligation to refund the deposit rests exclusively with the owner and proprietor of the residential property with whom the rental contract was signed.
