Once you have chosen your accommodation, to make a reservation, click on the orange button that says "RESERVE" and fill in all the requested information. It is very important that you attach a valid ID card/passport, indicate the dates of arrival and departure from the accommodation, and provide all the information about your guarantor (your father, mother, or legal guardian).

To formalize your reservation, you must pay the deposit, the first month's rent, and the reservation management fees. These prices vary depending on the residence. Once you request a reservation, the Housing team will contact you via email to provide you with the payment information. You have 48 hours to make the payment and secure your place, as if the deadline expires, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Depending on the residence, you can sign a lease agreement with different durations or it will have a fixed duration for the academic year, i.e., from September to July. We recommend that you carefully review the descriptions of each accommodation so that you can find out which residences offer greater flexibility in terms of duration.

All residences have washing machines and dryers or clotheslines in common areas and, in some cases, in the apartments themselves. Depending on the residence, the use of these washing machines may be free or incur an extra cost.

Once again, to find out exactly what services are included in the price, we recommend checking the description of each accommodation. However, in the vast majority of cases, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi costs are already included in the price. On the other hand, cleaning and meals will depend on the residence you book.
